- Sports Carnival
All upper primary students compete in sports, physical skills, cheers and practice the school core values through this platform.
- Play @ Will
Students are issued loan cards that can be exchanged for a piece of sports equipment during recess. Students return the equipment at the end of the recess and collect their cards. The loan of equipment encourages students to exercise more through physical play.
- P5 Camp
All P5 students attend an adventure camp for 3 days and 2 nights. Highlights include High Confidence Obstacles Course, Rock Climbing, Abseiling, Flying Fox, Team Obstacles and Camp Fire Presentation. Students will be given many opportunities to practise their core values and use the camp as a platform to develop their character. They get to know themselves and others better and emerge from the camp as much more matured students.
- Junior Sports Stars
Organised in the second semester, primary 2 students get to be exposed to a variety of sports skills through games stations. They receive a small token when they successfully perform the skills that were actually taught during PE lessons.Parents will also receive feedback about the suitability of the students for sports CCA.
- Junior Sports Carnival
In this event, P1 to P3 students compete in teams in various relay games. Trophies are presented to the top 3 classes per event. All students get to represent their class in one competition. Students learn about sportsmanship, resilience and practise the school core values through play and competition. Parents also compete alongside teachers in the final
- ACES Day
On the 31 of August annually, the entire school will exercise together to encourage students and staff to exercise regularly as a means of keeping one fit and healthy.
- Post PSLE Interclass Games
Primary 6 students pit their skills and tactics against one another during the interclass games that includes sports such as Ultimate Frisbee, Football, Basketball and Captain’s Ball. Teachers join in the fun too in the teachers-students match. Students practise their core values while they compete to their best of abilities. It is also an excellent opportunity for them to unwind after the examinations.Winning classes receive medals for their victories.
- CCA Appreciation Day
On the last day of the school term, students from various CCAs are invited for an appreciation brunch that follows a simple appreciation ceremony. Students are thanked for putting effort into their CCAs and are reminded about the importance of life skills and pursuit of excellence in the co-curricular.
- Play @ Will Plus
Students who are overweight are invited to enrol in a programme where they get to learn to play exciting sports and learn more about healthy eating. All the sessions take place during curriculum time and the students are guided by the PE teachers.
